I bet Waters ends up in Boston a bit this year. He's consistent and plays good defense.

Random:  Among euro-bigs, I like Pourier better than Zizic

According to the new NBA measurement, Poirier is taller than Embiid.  I'm not sure about that, but he's a big dude.  If a guy that size plays hard, he's valuable.

LOl....he is runt standing beside Tacko

Who isn't?

Pretty sure Gronk would look like a runt beside Tacko

Gronk might come up to Tacko's arm pit.

I m going to do a Dr Von Fraunkenstein ....LOL....transplant KG 's brain into Tacko .    :)

That wouldn't be fair.  There would be Tacko, NBA MVP and champion and a mile below, the rest of the NBA looking up.

Not that it should be any other way, but Strus and Green know what's on the line and have been feeding each other throughout the pre-season. I'd be happy with either.

Strus is signed.  Green is the one with things on the line.

They can't cut Strus?  Thought they could.

Strus' contract is not guaranteed.  He and Green are fighting for the last roster spot unless Ainge makes a trade.
His contract is very trade-able at some point and he JUST signed. It would be bad form for DA to trade him now.

I don't think so.  Even Strus said he knows that he hasn't made the team yet.

I like the defensive intensity. Kids are workin’ hard.

Fair enough, but it I think it would be weird to sign a contract and get cut a week later.

It's impossible to block Tacko's shot.  He's so tall, his shots angles down and therefore any block would technically be a goal tending.

Waters dribbles too much. He needs to move the ball more.

As I understand it, the contract was just a technicality and Strus is fully aware of that.

It was basically to create a two way slot for Tacko and give Strus some type of compensation if he does miss out on that final spot.

Will the Celtic's bench be one of the "good" benches in the NBA?

Smart
Kanter
Edwards

(Assuming an 8 man rotation as that is what Stevens does)
