Signing Posey requires using the MLE.  You can't subsequently use the MLE again to sign Anderson and Gomes.



Incorrect, Signing Posey to non-bird has no barring on the MLE.
huh? we don't have bird rights for Posey, he is an unrestricted free agent now so the only thing we can use to resign him is the MLE
