this team's current and future success all rides on Rondo, whether we like it or not

Time-out taken so they can clean Rondo's poop under the basket

As dreadful as it is to watch this game, you're comment cracked me up. TP  :)

they whole reason they got jeff green was to play him late in games with the big 4..instead all this time doc plays baby...which has cost the celtics games and the 2 seed. i just don't understand.

the closing line up should be the big 4 and green...send baby to the buffet

You're right. And I'm sure Doc will close games with Green in the playoffs. With every game it seems more evident Doc is trying to make Baby loose weight by overplaying him. I don't find any other rational answer to that mistery.

Go Celtics, I want another LeChoke showing!!

Even Mark Jackson said it in his comments....he stated that something's just not right with Rondo - and he noted that he hasn't been the same since the All-Star break.

I wonder if it had anything to do with Feb. 24?

If it does, he needs to be traded. He wouldn't be worthy to wear a celtic uniform if he let's the trade of his gf affect his play

And see....that's what I'm most afraid of...is it possible for a player to attempt to punish an organization just because they traded a player away?

To me, that's unfathomable....

As much as I wear Green-Tinted glasses around here....I have to take them off for a minute and wonder what is up with Rondo?

I extremely doubt he is punishing the organization for trading his friend, could be wrong but still doubt it.

I fear that Rondo has peaked it terms of potentially and getting better. That is the only thing negative about being on a team with so many other better scorers, Rondo might think he doesn't have to work on his offense because he is surrounded by HOFers. So is this who he is going to be? Hope not, I think he can develop a jump shot, if he does he's deadly, if not he's just another above average PG.

  • GOT IT!!!
i have no expectations of this team now. nothing they do or don't so will surprise me. they lose in the first round then so be it

haha

We are a wildcard once again. They could have another run in them or may just fuzzle out. No one knows for certain but it does look like the latter as of now.

Why bother stopping the clock with a timeout. Doc, KG, and Pierce are the only ones caring today.

And poor Delonte....Man, if he was 100%, we'd probably still be in this game.

I read somewhere that even though he is playing right now, he will need surgery on his wrist after the season is over.

LeBron.  The greatest front-runner of all time.  Just don't look for him to make a big shot when his team is trailing or tied.

We will still wreck this team if we meet them in the playoffs, of that I'm sure.  Home court doesn't mean a thing.  You think anyone on our roster is afraid to play a big playoff game in Miami?  Please.

The earlier tussles prove that they are not.
