My take is on his form, he obviously still can't put his right shoulder up and stretch it (from 0:45 especially clear)
So Hanlen can only change it to a near one motion shot, heavily relied on his wrist and whole body strength(since he can barely use his arm and shoulder)
by repeat it countless times now he can use that form to make a bucket, but because the limitation above the form isn't good at all, easy to image there are many limitations on it like long releasing time, range, arch, shoot when moving, easy to get hurt again, ect
But at least he should be able to make a wide open 3, and freethrow now
