Somewhere along the way I've come to really dislike Devin Booker.

When your team is this bad, I don't mind a little stat padding but the losses don't seem to be weighing on him at all. That's bothersome.

No one can say how he feels.  However, it is certainly bad optics to be putting up 50, 60, 70 point games as a young player on a bad team with other very promising young players.  It would be different if he was more of a vet.

He has clear weaknesses in his game, most notably the defense.
If he comes next year, improves on that end (considerably) and with a true PG by his side and Suns at least look competitive for a change, I might change my stance. But so far he is a defenseless gunner on a max deal, on a team that scares no one. Knicks included.

Very impressive feat from Westbrook.  Unfortunately, I'm starting to become numb to the crazy statistics that are being posted throughout the league.  This NBA season is a culmination of a 5+ year change in style of play, combined with the rule changes that were implemented prior to the season.

That said, I genuinely enjoy watching the overall product.  The league has come a long way from the "iso ball" of the early 2000's.  I just hope that the refs are instructed to allow more physicality in the playoffs.

Gutted is right.  Look at the Lakers box score.  It looks like a g league team with a couple Big3 guys.  The 20 assists is really the only part of it that I’m impressed by.  8-23 from the field and rebound chasing after the game is decided.  And then the personal celebration for a personal “achievement.”  And then his willingness to cooperate with the media only when it fits his agenda knowing everyone will be saying how great he is.  He’s obviously a very selfish player.

I remember a game when bird could've had a quadruple double with steals, points, assist, rebounds and they wanted to put him back in to get it, he needed, I think another steal, and Bird says : what's the point the games decided." That's what winners do.
