Heat vs Nets about to tip off. Should be interesting…

Update: I understand Simmons not wanting to shoot jump shots, but he doesn’t even look to drive to the basket or score in the post. It’s like he’s afraid to do anything on the offensive end. Had a couple of FT attempts last game and Looked super uncomfortable at the line.

He hasn't improved his game since college.

Also has 7 turnovers in limited minutes. Looks awful

And to think this scrub stole away rookie of the year from JT...str8 robbery.

Yep, looks very rough. Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy ;D
Doris and whoever is calling the game keep saying how great he looks. LOL

Doris hurts my brain... I’ve had to mute many a game due to her incessant rambling.

The only time I could stand her was in the bubble. She seemed drunk or something.

  • Yup
Nesmith put up a nice line for the Pacers in fairly short minutes the other night.  Interested see if he gets/earns the opportunity for minutes there.  You could never fault the guys effort.  He just could never get in a groove shooting with the sporadic time he got here.
Yup

Yeah, going to a young team will give him much more opportunity.

Drummond hitting a three!
I saw that Coach Kidd talked about JaVale potentially shooting corner threes too. New era of rim-running big men shooting threes ;D
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)
SF: Brandon Roy (08-09) / Walter Davis (78-79)
PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)
C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

I'll be surprised if either can hit with any consistency.

Anthony Davis looked really good when he was playing with the bench unit. Which is good, because he'll never look that good alongside LeBron & Russ

Good on him if he grabs a spot.

Dan Woike: “He may have gotten himself a job today” – Darvin Ham said of Matt Ryan. Obviously, showcased his greatest skill. Eric Pincus: The Lakers have 12 guaranteed, but two players seem relative locks to stick in Reaves/Gabriel. Then the last spot apparently will go to Matt Ryan. Nothing official, but seems like that’s the momentum. – via Twitter EricPincus
