I went to my first game yesterday and it took 45 minutes to get past security, it was absolute hell. Missed most of the first quarter because of it. Has this been the standard at every game this season?

They warned of delays due to vaccination card verification, but that wasn't the problem yesterday. The stall was at the metal detectors/ticket scan - which should be standard practice by now.

It's a bit ironic - they make you flash your vax card to help spread the virus, but at the same time make you stand in packed hallways like sardines for 45 minutes waiting to get in.

I went to one game last year and flew right through. Haven't been yet this year.

I wonder if they're having trouble holding onto staff. I know that at least two STM reps left over the past 12 months and mine just got replaced, so methinks that the days of paying peanuts because of the prestige of being associated with the Celtics is over.
