The amount of second chances this team gives are maddening..
Are you talking about the whole ONE offensive rebound they have given up tonight?

Im talking about the whole 55400000 they have given up this season....Boards that should be clean defensive bunnies that get bobbled around and mean another possession for the opponent. There are plenty.
Just seemed strange for you to be complaining about it tonight when they have given up almost none.

Your timing just seems kinda off on that complaint.

Its like me saying, "I really hate how this team doesn't get the ball to enough Ray this year" when Ray isn't even playing tonight.

Yet just as you typed the reply Marshon Brooks got a putback standing in the middle of the key.

Those shots by Dooling could be Ray Allen's, if he moves to the bench. I hope Doc really considers it.

Ray would be a great 6th man. Too bad Doc would never do that. That is why I'm alway in favor of trading him.

18.7 and 9.7.   These are KGs numbers over the last 10 games.

Yeah, starting Pietrus is looking better and better.

Ray to bench makes a lot sense. Too bad Doc doesn't have any sense.

I despise Dooling. Don't let the occasional 3 pt make fool you. The guy is terrible.

Yeah I suspect the "What would you trade for Dooling?" thread will get harsher and harsher as the next two weeks wear on.
It should be "Who would want Dooling?"

This is an audition for Brook Lopez ... to see how much Boston should be willing to pay for his services this summer as a free agent as a Plan B should Dwight Howard (as expected) go elsewhere.

A max contract if Brook Lopez starts rebounding like he did in his first two seasons (below average but serviceable).

If his rebounding continues to suck for the rest of the season, that would talk me out of pursuing him pretty fast. What I'd be willing to offer, New Jersey would certainly match (~$10mil per annum).

I'm coming around to the start Pietrus movement. Ray could get a lot of looks off the bench and Pietrus is a more physical presence to start the game. I still think it would mess with the egos and chemistry of the the Big 3 though.
