I got offered 2K to switch high schools for basketball in the 80s, when recruiting came along, I got the cheerleader and star player tour too but no hookers.   Crap born too early!

Jalen Rose basically admitted on his podcast that this happens EVERYWHERE.

They got paid, didn't they?
Were they forced? Doesn't seemed like it.
Did the basketball players "rape" them. Nope.

I know the book just came out, but has anybody read it? I'm heading to South Carolina in a couple of days and I'm looking for a new book to read and this one sounds interesting. I've heard mixed reviews and I think it's only around 105 pages long but I'd love to get another members opinion on whether it's a worthwhile read.

First thing I thought of, too.

And that movie is almost 20 years old. NCAA Basketball has just gotten bigger, wealthier, and shadier. I assume this happened at every big college now, or at least something close to it.
