Brad needs to accept that he cannot keep everyone happy. Our starters, maybe except Horford (because he is aging), need 32+ mins per game. Everyone else's minutes depends on their performance game by game. If Smart, for example, is launching stupid shots while Kyrie, Tatum, and Hayward are in the lineup, then stick him on the bench for bad decision making. Same for Rozier, who has been playing with tremendous confidence but continues to have suspect decision making and is taking a lot of long, low% stepback 2's and 3's. I don't care if one of our bench players who would normally get 20+ minutes, or more on a bad team, end up playing 10 mins.
