Vince just schooled Tatum on that drive to the basket

But Tatum gets revenge next possession

Young is not going to have that mop of a hair cut for long.  He has some bald spots already.

Atlanta scored 37 points in that quarter

Still certain we will win the game, I think they will realize they got too lackadaisical on both ends of the floor in that 2nd quarter and they will come out firing in the 3rd and put this game away

Does someone want to wake up Tatum and tell him there's a game going on?

He's just watching John Collins go back up for that rebound.
That was pretty awful. He had an easy swat from behind because Collins paid no attention he was there and Tatum just stared like he suddenly forgot how to play basketball

Maybe Scal can hook him up with Dr Leonard

Sorry, those were some ugly minutes from Brown. He forced everything. Dribbled into multiple coverages several times. He does not understand the concept of allowing the game to come to him. Calm down Jaylen.

I'll cut Jaylen some slack since he's coming back from his back injury and from illness, but he looked awful out there. There's a fine line between aggressive and out of control.

Time Lord finally got his "Welcome to the NBA" moment when he surrendered the and-1. Not surprising that he'd go through that, but Atlanta of all teams?

Took our foot off their throat and let them back in.

Lost our defensive edge. Second quarter was embarrassing.

Jaylen our of sorts. I expect a better 2nd half for him.

Roberts reminded us he is a rookie. Really struggled.

Yeah, giving up 37 to Atlanta in a quarter in unacceptable. The Celtics have to remember this is the NBA. Even the worst teams are full of professionals.

Yeah we completely let up and lost focus after getting the big lead.  We need to learn how not to do that, it happens way too much.  Yes every team in the NBA is capable of winning on any night, can't just show up and expect to be lazy and not keep hustling.

Teams going up big and then letting the other team back in the game happens all the time. It's ridiculously common. It's how you respond to that comeback that counts.

Some try to temper enthusiasm about this win streak by pointing out how bad the competition has been. But the C's aren't just winning, they're ruining lives out there right now. Confidence is growing. I love it.

Anyone else watching on Amazon Prime right now, btw? Amazon just picked up league pass and has a free trial so I'm getting to watch without having to pay the single game price.

Second quarter probably did a good job tempering enthusiasm somewhat

When they are focused and playing Celtics basketball, unselfish, moving the ball and hustling on defense there’s very few that can stand with them. But they are still prone to mental lapses

Good point. TP.

How they come out in the third means a lot.

I always remember the '08 team and how they just destroyed teams in the third quarter and walked to the win in the 4th. I started paying attention to that and it really feels like the team that wins the 3rd wins the game. The C's should come out and put it away here.
