The basketball gods traditionally punish this kind of pre-mature celebration.  Confetti game could be a historic turning point for this philly team.

Imagine how this game would've gone if it was consistently called.  ::)

But, yeah, this should absolutely be a technical foul on the Sixers for this delay of game. Don't understand how that can go without anything.
