Nesmith and Langford are really really bad offensive players

I think Langford needs more minutes to improve. Nessie has never impressed me.
Seriously,  JKJB and Timelord.

At the game.  Someone booed very loudly in the middle of Jaylen’s words about MLK.  In case anyone wonders why Boston gets its reputation for racism.

What do you expect when he calls his own fans racists?

Just tuning in -- exactly what I expected.  Solid game on on Saturday, let-down today.

Nice run the last couple minutes, but looks like they've been anemic on offense.

I saw Rob tweak an ankle on Saturday after a landing -- figured he'd be out (though I don't know if that's why he's out).

EDIT: Oops - saw that he's out to welcome a child.

Again, defense is fine, but the offense is a complete mess. Can we get a coach who knows basic offensive sets? Or maybe Brad can tutor him. Need to do something.
Quoting Nick from the now locked Ime thread:

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Yeah - thanks.  I was being cynical.

I see how that speech would not sit well with a host of people. A part of it was cringeworthy. I don’t know if it was deliberate or not.

Pitiful first half, 5/21 from 3, with 10 TOs.

Every Celtic has at least one bad habit. Tatum still takes long contested 2 pt shots. Rob keeps passing out when he's right under the hoop. And Pritchard's new thing is to run a break past the free throw line and then pull it back.

I think we should move Nesmith.

Yeah starting to look like the Nessie experiment is not working.
Not starting.  This has been obvious for weeks. Compared to Langford, he just doesn’t have a “feel” for the game.  Great athlete, hard worker but not a good basketball player.

I think Nesmith needs more time out there. He just needs to see it go in a couple of times. Would not give up on him. Has a quick release.   Hard to prove yourself when you only get to play 5 minutes a game.

looked like someone encouraged him to hustle for minutes so he overdid that by playing like a raging bull. If he can reset and play under control he may have a place in the league.

Fact that we got the lead down to 7 is a relief.  We are getting a lot of good shots, just not connecting.  Same ol story.
