Luka had a chance to win or tie the game on that last possession. I can’t believe he passed to his cutting teammate. Congrats to France! It should be a very interesting final.

Thanks for my country ! I am very proud of them. Hope we will have a competitive final. The french players looked all the way very focus. The third win in row against US is the most difficult one. But would be the most beautifull. Don't know if a team ever beat US 3 times in a row in officialcompetition. Still think Durant will make you win.

If France win both handball, basketball and volley it will be the second time in Olympics after USSR in 1988 in Séoul. But it was without NBA players... And with some adds for USSR

Lavine’s Olympic win-streak of four is his longest since he was in college. He’s never won 4 in a row in the NBA 🤯

Can't get over how stagnant the USA offence is compared to other countries

Popovich studied Brad's Celtics offense to prepare for the Olympics.
The Four Celtic Generals:
Russell - Cowens - Bird - Garnett

The Four Celtic Lieutenants:
Cousy - Havlicek - McHale - Pierce

Really crazy, he has only ever been on genuinely awful teams. Wonder if he'll get to 4 in a row with their new roster

That's a pretty impressive stat.  Kudos to whoever dug that one up.

Probably, just because the odds are with him, but he’s still not going to experience a winning record.

I feel cruel, but I want the streak of horrible to continue. I love Vuce though, so I don't wish that upon him so much

Quoting Nick from the now locked Ime thread:

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Is this live or on replay?  Wondering if I will accidentally see results here before watching.
