Please use this thread to nominate your choice for fanpost of the year and please post a link to that fanpost. A few words why you believe it to be the fanpost of the year would go a long way in the decision making process. After we have collected some of this year's absolute best fanposts, Celticsblog will put it to a vote and the membership will choose their selection for 2008-09 Fanpost of the Year which will receive it's own special place in the Celticsblog Hall of Fame.

Please limit choices from fanosts that were started on or after Opening Day 2008.

Got a couple I'ld like to mention:

egghead's "Boston Celtics All-Time Starting Five" which was the precursor to the great threads be Casperian's Voting the Celtics' 25 Greatest Players Threads this year

I thought Wide Load's "When The Win Streaks Grow, The Volume Of Talking In Here Drops" was very well done and extremely poignant.

And giving myself a pat on the back I really liked my own "Another Special Season About to Begin."

Similarly, this one was good:  http://www.celticsblog.com/2009/7/1/933064/celtics-to-leon-business-is

This is the best of the year by far. artwork alone is priceless. I nominated it as soon as I saw it. great stuff.

Edit: not a fan post but still a great post.

This one from Big Ticket:  http://www.celticsblog.com/2008/11/21/667498/what-kevin-garnett-meant-t
I remembered this one but must have missed it the first time around. Excellent fanpost I meant to nominate.

Giving this one more bump before the voting thread comes out to choose the Celticsblog Fanpost of the Year. If you happen to think that a certain fanpost was the best you saw this past year, nominate it here!
