So when does it become too late to tank anymore? As soon as Rondo was traded and we stalled with trading Green and our other vets, I just went all in for playoffs.

James Young is getting minutes and he stuck with Smart during a brutal stretch. If these guys weren't getting minutes, I'd probably feel the same way.

We can't out suck all these awful eastern teams .....

All we got left is Prince , and couple vets nobody wants .

During normal tines before teams tanked like crazy ,  the Celtics would be solid 1 st pick team

We would have to sit Smart , Sully and AB to get worse than several of the eastern teams .

We got all cast offs and rookies now ......I just think doing a Philly and hiring d leaguers is wrong for the fans

I am completely cool with making the playoffs this year. I'd actually welcome if we adding some talent to push us there. At this point we aren't catching the Knicks, Wolves, and the Lakers of the world. So why not try and show some free agents that we have a young team that is competing but also rising the stock of some of our young guys that we could move in the summer. On top of it all it gives guys like Smart, Sully, Young, Zeller, and others to get playoff experience.

I agree, it's tough to suck to the level of a couple of these teams without openly throwing games...lol
