It was his ankle, wasn't it? Not the knee, I think.
Looked like his ankle to me, but it was hard to tell from the replay. Could have been either sadly  :'(

ya know, on the one hand, its both ways so its fine, but honestly, their is a whole lot of ridiculous fouling going on, from both teams that isn't getting called.

Ta got trampled, pierce just got tackled by reddick off a screen away from the ball, and none of it is a foul.

on the other hand, up until that fould, we were getting way with alot inside, so it is what it is i guess.

Officially an ankle sprain for TA, expected to return.  And the refs are very discrepant in what they're calling.  We need Rondo back in ASAP.

doc got a bit burned there, played the bench unit about 4 minutes to much. hopefully once we get the starters back here, we'll be good.

nice thing is, despite DH's mystical ability to not pick up a foul, he's had to play this entire half to keep them close while KG and perk got a rest.

I don't think DH will get tired, but i can dream right?

wow, thats not a foul on dwight? honestly?

didn't realize we were playing slamball now.
Yeah restricted zone apparently doesn't apply to DH....

I don't think it was a blocking foul at all. Restricted area or not doesn't matter.

no creator. The whole bench + no one scenario doesn't work, thats why most teams don't do it and rotate guys through.

When Perk can do that and not get a foul I won't be mad when DH gets away with it....

  • Let's Go Celtics
I love Tony Battie, but not against us.  He shouldn't have 7 and 7 right now in the first half.
"Take this down," said O'Neal. "My name is Shaquille O'Neal and Paul Pierce is the (expletive) truth. Quote me on that and don't take nothing out. I knew he could play, but I didn't know he could play like this. Paul Pierce is the truth."

wow, really? all the crap thats going on and the third on pierce is going to be tony battie coming over his back, snagging a rebound and putting it in?

The rebound and putback were fine, how can you foul a man with your back turned into him when he jumps into you?

Our backcourt is a huge advantage in this game - the injuries have really left em thin.  Ray and Rondo have been the two best players on the court so far.  Keep going to them and we can stretch this out a bit before the half.
