Wished they tossed in Bradley as filler....So tired of his act.

Amen!

Do we even have any building blocks on this roster?  Building around point guards, especially one that can't make layups in even the most minimal amount of traffic, is never a good idea.  Still, Smart and Young are the only guys worth keeping, imo.  Everyone else has to go.

And Tommy - Green is only playing this way because it's a contract year.  That's all it comes down to.  Sorry about the lack of blocking out, but it's never coming back, so don't waste your breath.  Don't you ever get tired of sounding like a broken record?  I guess not.

Right now, Marcus Smart is doing exactly what he did to Wiggins in college.

What's wrong with Sully or Olynyk? If not starters, at least one could be a starter on a good team.

Listening to Celtics Pregame, the co-host (who I cannot recall the name of) mentioned that Danny won't be able to get a 1st for Jeff Green.

If Danny can't get a 1st in return for Green, he should resign from his position because Green is a Top 5-10 SF (take a look at the 3's in the league before arguing this), Thad Young retrieved a 1st, the interest in average 3's (see: Corey Brewer), and his continuously rising value this season.

This environment is conducive for Green to retrieve a 1st from a fringe contender to borderline playoff team (PHO, SAC, DEN, CHA, ORL). This, of course, is assuming Jeff is going to be traded regardless.

Wrong Thread

when they make an idiotic statement like that you ignore them, not get angry.  theyre just talking heads making conversation, not experts.  it might not be a sure thing to get a lottery pick for jeff, but its pretty laughable to assume we couldnt get a first

Danny is so big hurry to tank.....

He'll take a prisoner from Gitmo in on trade..

I keep saying Charlotte is the perfect trading partner for Green. A swap of him and Stephenson and their top 3 protected 2015 pick would benefit both parties.

I'd be worried about Stephens' attitude problems... he sure fell out of favor in Charlotte fast.  But he and Smart would form an exciting physical backcourt.

Yep, for being 4 inces shorter he plays him well.

For sure. I say take a flyer on him, because he's only guaranteed salary next year (third year is team option). If it doesn't work out, we have a ton of expirings between him and Wallace. The risk is definitely worth the potential rewards, and it's a good deal for both sides.

I'm liking his play too, but it's the freaking Timberwolves, let's not get too excited yet.
