Man Walker has to cut down those turnovers hopefully just an off night but that's wayyyy too many.

5 assists for 79 shot attempts. Is their pg injured or something? The D-League is awesome :D

Walker has 26 and 5 along with 6 fouls and a Tech in 34 mins.

Giddens 17 and 6 in 38 mins.

Its good to see our guys carrying the scoring load. Walker went 7-8 from the FT line. That shows me that he must be taking the ball strong to the hole and forcing the other team to foul him. Lets hope he can keep those turnovers down.

Bill Walker is listed as the starting center, ya that should prepare him for the NBA  ::)

thanks for the thread and link.

good games by both of them... though walker's 7 turn overs is a eye opener too. but maybe it runs in the family. antoine averaged well over 3 TO a game when you was playing full time.  ;D
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

When will they start archiving the video? I keep checking the futurecast links and the games aren't there, thought the site says they should be.

Annoying.

I wouldn't worry about any particular stat. the important thing is that Walker is dominating, as any legit NBA talent should. I expect more turnovers because the game is sloppy in the d-league. Didn't Pruitt also have a lot of turnovers during his stint? It also looks like they are getting the ball to Walker a lot.

The main thing that caught my attention was the tech. Can't imagine many techs in d-league games for guys with guaranteed NBA contracts.

It looks like the box scores just list the starters from top to bottom, and the positions are way off. They have the bigs listed as guards and vice versa. To clarify, Bill Walker isn't playing Center in the D-League, Thank God. :)

Still, there aren't too many guys on the roster bigger than Bill Walker. Walker is a strong dude with an NBA body. Theres a few guys that are 6'9" or so but they probably dont have the power game Walker does.
