51-30 is their rebounding edge. 51-30

Ridiculous. Add into that a p----poor effort on the defensive end and this is our worse loss of the year.

I'm just sick of having to talk about lack of rebounding. It's been like a decade of talking about different iterations of this team (KG era, this current) being good but rebounding being a weakness. I've said in different threads, our front office probably just doesn't value rebounding as highly as other teams. Its been such a prolonged, costly weakness.

I've been beating this drum for years. It's a chief reason the Cs lost the 2010 Finals.

Disgusting effort. Maybe this is the kick-in-the-face game that this team needs. CBS has been overly-reliant with IT. CBS playing Rozier over Brown is infuriating. I rarely see Smart-Brown together on the lineup.

Seemed like CBS was under a demonic possession ......to keep Rozier in ....no matter what .

Hard to enjoy the game with so much whining. It's one game and we aren't the Warriors. We will lose other games.

At the risk of overreacting, this team is going to win 50 games and then lose on the first round again.  The defense has been dubious all season and it's going to be painfully exposed in the playoffs.

Mike
I don't know why it's been so terrible this year. Some of it is actually bad luck. Opponents are shooting 37% against the Celtics on contested three-pointers, the highest in the NBA. But I hope they figure it out.

Could've used some more Mickey tonight 2 blocks in 6 minutes is a start.

He has an unhealthy obsession with going small.

Whether that's from necessity or personal preference, I don't know. But he clearly goes that route way too often when the stats don't justify it, which is surprising since he supposedly relies on analytics so heavily.

Interesting factoid: Boston scored a whopping 8 points in the final 5 1/2 minutes.
