I guess some of the Bulls 3's had to fall sooner or later.  But 3 from Portis is unexpected - a fluke even.

It's a shame DA didn't go out and get a rebounder for this team. As much as I want this team to make a run in this years playoff, they are to small to get it done. We need a couple of tough big men to rebound and intimidate during the playoffs.

I think it's clear that if this year were a priority Ainge would've made a bid for PJ Tucker and tried to acquire a rebounder like O'Quinn or Faried.

That he decided to sit it out tells you all you need to know about how management sees the upside of the current group.

Competing now, but Bulls are hitting their shots.  Keep it up AB and MS -- stay tough.

I like when people talk like there are great big men to just be had for scraps out there and Ainge just doesn't want them.

What does it say about the Celts' defensive strategy that it seems like some random bench guy goes off in nearly every game?

I guess it means they're forcing the ball away from opposing star players.

But on the other hand, makes me wonder if they're adequately prepared for some of the lesser names on opponents' rosters.

Our defensive effort was mediocre to poor for a lot of the regular season.  That has meant they are not used to making that second and third rotation, even when they increase their effort.

Not really, he's been a shooter for much of the year.  Especially when he gets a good number of shots.

This has been our trademark this year. Always getting killed by guys who are not use to shoot well. We need to question our defense. Or we needED, rather...

The second statement is pretty negative.  Instead, maybe he realizes he has a chance to make a dynasty if he doesn't let other teams fleece him for subpar players who are just rebounders.

Ainge isn't perfect but he knows about the rebounding and he tries to make trades.  I'm not sure what there is to attack him on.  I also think clearly other teams try to fleece the Celtics and charge them more than they would any other team.  The star trade talk for Butler is a perfect example.

Pretty sure he shoots at around 33% from 3.  Not bad, but not good.  I wouldn't count on him to be a consistent 3 point threat in a playoff series.

If I were the Bulls I would try to take the ball out of IT's hands, in these last 5 minutes.

Haha, I like how Horford watches the doctor heal Isaiah's hand.

Looks like a dad looking for his son, how cute
