By today's standards, they're a super team.
But not by the NBA of the past. The Celts and Lakers regularly trotted out 3 and 4 hall of famers, and strong benches with guys like Bob McAdoo and Bill Walton. The Pistons had a roster literally 10 and 11 players deep of players who were all star level or close to it.
There's really no comparison in how good GSW and Cleveland's roster with the great teams from the past. You might compare them to Michael Jordan's Bulls teams, but t by the time the Bulls were great, the Lakers, Celtics, and Pistons had faded away.
What do you think GSW is trotting out? Curry and Durant are look to be locks for the HoF and Klay has 3 All Star games (and 2 All NBA awards) under his belt. Draymond Green has 2 All Star games. It could very well be that GSW is putting 3 or 4 HOFers on the court - in their primes - right now. At the very worst it's 2 HOFers and 2 top 20 current players.
And if the comparison is to Jordan's Bulls teams, they also had 3 HOFers on those teams - Jordan, Pippen and Rodman (for 3 of them anyway) on a team that won SIX NBA Championships - a dynasty only exceeded by the Celtics of the 60s.
The great teams from the past are always a bit overrated no matter what the sport. By the same standard, it could be said that the Steelers of the 70s are a far better team than the Patriots of the 2000s. After all, the Steelers trotted out 9 Hall of Famers (probably should be 10 with LC Greenwood) on the field. The Patriots never did that. Does anyone want to claim they're not a Super Team or not as good? Different game, different era, different rules and neither team would compete well with the other if they had to play by the different set of rules (the Steelers would get picked apart in the modern era and the Patriots would get destroyed in a bump-and-run, head-slap era).
The same goes for this modern era. GSW would destroy the 80s Celtics if played by modern rules - Bird would be the only threat beyond the 3 point line, the game is more tightly called today etc - and the same is true the other way around as the small-ball Warriors would get physically manhandled by a much larger Cs team.
Whether or not a team is a Super Team is determined by what they do on the court. It's going to be 3 straight for both teams to the Finals. GSW set a win record last year and backed that up with 67 wins this year. Lebron will have been to the finals seven straight years. If those aren't pretty super, I don't know what is.
