After everything Brooklyn has done for us, I'm rooting for them. And I'm rooting for Russell, too. Anything that makes the Lakers look bad.

Great comeback for him and them last night.

Also cannot imagine how Lakers feel, knowing Randle is dropping 21/8/3, Russell is dropping 21/3/7, and they let Lopez go, even though he was pretty much the perfect center for their team. Not to mention they traded Zubac, in hopes of aspiring to replace the Lopez they traded for an inferior player in Muscala, who by all means, by putting it nicely; has sucked majorly.

Good for Russell and the Nets!

I know Lakers fans are probably bummed, but if there is any team that can continually afford to give up good players for seemingly nothing, it's them. Lebron signed with them for 'free' last summer and they will likely get another top flight FA this summer. Most franchises can't afford to make mistakes like LAL does, but it doesn't really affect them.

At 9 Minutes left they were down 23. wow.

It just goes to show how bad the Lakers are developing talent.

Sorry to get off topic a bit but is this TRUE??

Grats to DR, though....really happy for him and he SEEMS happier and content.

He also, in that game, broke the Nets single-season three-point record by reaching 202 (1 more than Allen Crabbe had a year or two ago).

So the two top prospects the Lakers have shipped off—Russell and Randle—have been (at least so far) the two best. Awesome work, Magic!

It just goes to show how bad the Lakers are developing talent.

More specifically, how bad they are at evaluating talent, because out of all the top prospects they've had in recent seasons, the two they shipped out (Russell and Randle) might very well be the two best players of the bunch.

I'm just surprised the Lakers actually listened to LaVar Ball and drafted his son at number 2.

And even more shocked the 76ers drafted Fultz at number 1.

I seriously get upset whenever someone mentions Giannis as Ainge's one huge draft mistake. But forget that 76ers, Lakers, Magic, Suns, and the Knicks have all botched their first round picks, and have consistently have had one of the worst winning percentages for the last 5 years. 76ers obviously no longer in that mix, but man were they awful Hinkie era-wise.

So....with the exclusion of Danny's treasure trove of picks being a determining factor the Lakers "COULD HAVE" had AD by now....especially since NOH seems to really be high on Tatum.

LOL.

Thanks Lakers.

I personally think Danny does NOT get ENOUGH credit on here for his hits the last several years..

Marcus Smart.

Jaylen Brown.

Jayson Tatum.

Terry Rozier.

Robert Williams, one day soon??

If Danny was The Lakers GM he would've already had a statue built for him - right next to Magic. Truly underrated - it seems - to fans outside of BOS fanbase.

Danny's done pretty well with this lottery picks (Kelly Olynyk might be the exception here, depending on how you feel about his game). He gets flack for some his mid-late first round picks, but I think that's a given with around that point of the draft.
