does Wizard say no to JB, rozier and future first for Beal.

Right about now im just tired of Jeff Green 2.0...heck id rather have Jeff Green himself than his clone right now.

And Im still on the opinion that Hayward is done and will never get back to his all star form...he will tease us every now and then but that magical 2017 season from Utah is just a pipe dream now...Its not and will never happen again.

Is there some point when Hayward actually plays with some confidence and some anger? He seems so timid, defers to other players that are lesser than him. He needs to be a 15 plus scorer each night. It looks like he has no idea where he fits in.

And Brown is just Brown. I have stopped expecting anything from that guy. Not sure why he starts.

Being a 15 pt scorer means he has to take 5 ppg from either brown, rozier, Horford, Morris and/or Smart, assuming the team continues to average 110 ppg and Kyrie continues to average 22 and Tatum 16. I feel he’s too afraid to rock the boat with everyone’s stat lines depressed as it is with there being too many of them.

Have to admit I'm a little worried about Hayward, nearing Christmas and he's still looking scared out there.

Brown sucked.  Rozier sucked. Tatum was something less than engaged. But Hayward's no show was especially troubling tonight
definitely needed those 4 to step up this game and they were all lacking
Watching Tatum tonight he reminded me of Jeff Green.

I’m concerned too, but didn’t it take pg3 a whole season to get back to what he was?

Kyrie just said there has to be consistent effort every possession, where the balls moving, where guys want to see other players in positions to score and succeed, which means delivering the ball on time, “actually trying”.

suggesting that there are some possessions where they don’t put in their best shot and then they get out of the game. Said to be a great team it’s a work of progress every day.

Pg13 came back with 8 min to go in the regular season and had another offseason to get himself back in shape. But when PG13 went back he went back as the !no.1 option on his team. Hayward is trying to fit in and get shots with at least 7 other players who are trying to get 10+ shots a night (15-20 in the case of Irving and Tatum)

Tatum was 7-17 he got his points but his defense was very ordinary to say the least

One thing that is very noticable is transition defense - we need to be more aggressive

Hayward looks like a rookie out there. Mentally he is timid and defers too much. He needs to be an aggressive player. Maybe this team needs another year before they are a serious contender. Maybe they need to move Brown and Rozier and try to get Davis. Maybe expectations are just too high.

1. Don’t care what Wizards would say, Celtics wouldn’t do that deal.

2. No clue who Jeff Green 2.0 is, but lazy comp for anyone on the team tbh.

3. Opinions are like... well you know the rest of that saying. You have zero rationale behind that line of thinking, but feel free to think it! If you’ve ever played a sport (at any level) and then couldn’t even exercise for nearly a year, you think you could shake it off in a couple months and be right back to exactly where you were? It’s just not an injury that inhibits athleticism like you believe it does. If it was a knee or back or hip, perhaps. But once he regains his conditioning and confidence (and general feel for the game at NBA speed), there’s no logical reason to believe he can’t return to what he was.

Trying not to be too upset.
We lost cause we could not rebound- we missed our top 2 bigs and Morris who’s somewhat big and one of our better rebounders.

That being said our young guys are disappointing.
