GOODNIGHT!

garbage game

shameful

disgraceful

youd think this was the warriors!

Disgraceful? Dude, take the chill pill. I thought we actually competed hard. Shots weren't falling, and TimeLord just got a lesson

losses like this are really making it hard for me to keep wearing my rose colored glasses

I mean, we legitimately were missing our top three bigs in Al, Morris, and Baynes, and Morris has been our most consistent player this season.

It was the Suns, but those are significant losses.

They have enough to beat the Suns. The Suns are a dumpster fire.

Exactly. We got outrebounded by 19. Gotta think having one of those guys would help. I'm not melting down over this loss.

It is really hard to stay engaged with this team. It is a chore.

It's hard for us to stay engaged because the players don't stay engaged

Yep. Feel like tonight none of them wanted to be there. Effort was zip...esp on defense. Offense was back to the lazy one on one hero ball.

agreed.  frustrated with this loss but not something to melt down over.  C's didn't have a big to keep Ayton and the rest of the Suns off the boards.  guards didn't help on the glass which really hurt.  that, and no one besides Kyrie was of use on offense.

I just got home and saw the C’s lost to the Suns.  What is going on?  I didnt watch the game and now I am glad I didn’t.  It could be a season of disappointment if this continues.

Ayton had 18 rebounds and the Suns as a whole had 21 offensive rebounds while we were missing our top three bigs. I think that says something.

Definitely didn't play with as much energy as we needed to, and the usual suspects (Rozier, Brown) continued to kill us, but this is somewhat understandable given the injuries we had tonight and Baynes leaving within two minutes of the game starting.

One of the most disappointing losses of the year. Back to back awful games. Looks like the good play was just a mirage.

I wouldn’t go so far as to say that. Just as everyone overreacted to the 10-10 start and said the seasons over then overreacted to the 8-0 saying we were now killing teams, so I don’t think we should overreact to couple of losses. Their effort hasn’t quite been there these last two particularly on the defensive end. Detroit was a back to back but we had 3 days off for this one they need to be better. They came out solid then mentally switched off and gave Phoenix belief that they could win the game. Once they switched off and once the subtraction of fear from the underdog happens then it’s a dogfight.

Of concern to me are the injuries to Horford and Baynes - we’re thin on bigs and it showed on the boards tonight. Giannis might kill us on Friday and get 30 rebounds.

Rebounding is going to be a major weakness until we start getting some guys back, but in the meantime, our perimeter players need to give a much better effort in that area.

To the next one.

We deserve this loss.

Suns played harder.. Oubre is a Celtic killer, and they have two now with Booker the other one.
Knew this was not going to be an easy win.

Man Hayward and Brown are two players that I really want to trade right now... But Hayward has zero or even a net negative trade value.. So does Brown who plays like Jeff Green, only he is worst.

Need to speed up TL development. He has no offensive moves other than lobs and put backs.

Milwaukee is going to spank us... Book it.

Brown began well, then came out of the game and disappeared for the remainder of the game. I don't understand him as a player at all. His confidence just suddenly goes away.

I love the Celtics but am at the point of just waiting until the playoffs. Every time I think they have turned the corner they lays turds like the last two games.
