Wow, that was a pretty explosive move by Smart. Where is that guy more often going to the rim??

Embiid travels almost every single time he posts up, but he rarely ever gets called for it.

Celtics haven't even gone to the FT line and it's not the refs fault.

Has an NBA team every gone 3 quarters without a free-throw?

How is that not a block by Covington?  He was still moving.   Reggie Miller is a giant idiot.

You can move your feet and maintain legal guarding position.

And Covington didn't do that.  It was a blocking foul.  Tatum didn't do enough to earn a charge, such as lowering his shoulder.

Yes he did.  If you slide your feet and keep your torso in front of the man without using your hands/arms to help it's 100% perfect defense.  Again, it's called "legal guarding position."

I really hate watching the Celtics some nights. They can be so lazy on offense

Working late.  Just had dinner and in small section i have to say Embid is just amazing.  He will be the guy that alters the current small ball lineups.  The size of cousins but everything else that cousins is missing.  I know he's not a c but i hope he stays healthy, great to watch.

That said team needs to up their game, no Kyrie but no ball movement or driving that I've seen, standing jump shots suck

So two straight losses to barely .500 teams at home. Nice job Boston. So glad the rest helped

Even the 85-86 team put up a few stinkers.  It happens.

We need Rozier to go nuts. Maybe Larkin too.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Now THAT was a block.  Amir's feet were in the circle.
