IT's defense is so bad, though it's exacerbated by this Cavs defense as a whole being putrid.

To be fair, all he really has to do is average around 23-25 PPG, like Kyrie did last season with Cleveland. So far, he has 4 points tonight, and Kyrie's defense last year was bad as well, so it's not a major regression by putting IT in there instead of Kyrie for Cleveland.

So I just found out that before the game, Charles Barkley predicted "Cleveland would not make the NBA Finals".

But knowing his Celtics hate, he probably thinks either Toronto, Miami or Washington is making the Finals instead of Cleveland...  ::)

(I mean, you could make the case for Toronto, but Charles Barkley is one who thinks the Wizards and Raptors are WAY better than the Celtics... which as Stephen A. Smith would say, is blasphemous).

Can't see the game. Do the Cavs look ready to battle or ready to make an excuse at the end?
I moved the cheese.

Defense is bad as usual but the offense is good enough so far not to get blown out by the Warriors.

Excuses, make trade calls, fire the coach, etc.  ;D

But this game, they started off HOT, with like 8-10 shooting, and had an 18-11 lead.

NOW? Warriors on an 8-0 run with Cleveland playing HORRIBLE defense.  :P

Cavs literally have 0 rim protection. Love sucks defensively and IT have 0 resistance in the post.

For as bad as the Cavs D has been, it hasn't killed them against Gstate so far.  Cavs up by 7 in the 1st.

It absolutely is a major regression. Where both were bad defenders in Cleveland, at least Kyrie didn't give a major mismatch post-up opportunity like IT does. That's a significant change that will only get exposed the more IT plays.

Cavs just played about as good as they can possibly play, yet they're only up two, even with James dominating with 16 points on 6-8 shooting.

I just don't see how this Cleveland team can beat Golden State, let alone four out of seven times. You simply can't "out-offense" them, which would be the Cavs whole gameplan. Beating Golden State takes an elite defensive team that can exploit their propensity to turn the ball over and convert that into easy buckets. The Cavs aren't that team, and I'm guessing as soon as Lebron sits you'll see a big run.

But Lebron needs more help! ;D

Seems that Cavs really moves the ball better without Lebron.
