Yes he can. I wouldn't mind him as our back up point guard instead of Turner. He could give our second unit some much needed scoring. I think he would come pretty cheap.

i just checked and jennings is averaging about 16 points and 6 assists a game. he shoots the 3 pointer at about 35%. these are not bad numbers at all.

why do you think he would "come pretty cheap"?
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

The stats you're looking at are for last year, Jennings hasn't played a game yet this season, as he's recovering from an Achilles injury (due back in the next 2 weeks though).

Detroit is set at the PG spot after giving Reggie Jackson a max contract, plus Brandon Jennings is on an expiring contract.

So Jennings has missed about a year of basketball, coming back from a major injury that often leaves players a shell of their former selves, on an expiring contract, and set to come off the bench for his current team.  Detroit might take whatever they can get for him.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

I'm not a fan of Jennings. He's a chucker on offense and not much of a defender. He's also a player in the same mold as Evan Turner, in that if he doesn't have the ball in his hands, he's pretty useless.
