If you get rid of Brad, then who are you hiring?

And please don't give me the, "oh well who cares CBS has lost the team, anyone could do better, yadda yadda", because that's the same kind of nonsense some of the other poorly-run teams do when they hire/fire coaches every 2 years and even folks on here mock those teams for that  ::)

Did CBS make mistakes last night? Yep. Has he been perfect this season? Nope. But guess what, no other coach has been perfect either, and frankly CBS still has a somewhat better reputation in the playoffs than most of the others if we're being frank.
