Sounds like Danilo Gallinari will be deciding between Chicago and Boston for his next team. The Bulls have much of the full MLE to offer, roughly $8M AAV and a hair more than the Celtics. But Boston appears to be Gallo's preferred landing spot.

I'd love this.
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Chicago can offer more money, and Gallo has experience under Billy Donovan.

Sounds like we are getting him. Okay get. Not super excited but does give us a deeper bench.

It's all twitter speculation but I just saw the bulls offered him 2 years 15 mil vs 1 year 6.5 by boston. I'd have to think he's going to the Bulls if those are the offers in hand.

Yeah, a one year deal would be a slap in the face.

An old slow big who can shoot but can't finish inside, defend or rebound? I'd lose some respect for Stevens if this was true.

The cliff is fast approaching imo. I predict he wouldn't out perform anyone's expectations.

Bulls need a starting PF. Gallo should go there.

G: Lonzo, C White
G: LaVine, Caruso
F: DeRozan, Pat Williams
F: Gallo
C: Vucevic

That is a pretty good 8 man rotation. Get some big men depth.

Vuc + Gallo would be pretty soft defensively.
