What about the Final in Euro '92?
A Danish team that was only there
because Yugoslavia was banned, won
2-0 against a heavily favored Germany.
That one belongs in there, too.

You know when it happened?
On June 26, 17 years ago today.
One of life's funny coincidences  :)

I thought of that too but they had a very good roster.

I don`t know about no5 but the rest are more difficult to believe they happened. Which would you remove?

#1 never happened.  :o

USA beat England 1 - 0 in the 1950 World Cup. The US team had a lot of guys with Italian heritage from the St Louis area.

This was actually the first time England had entered the World Cup as the arrogant attitude of the Football Association in England was that England were so obviously the best in the world, they didn't need to enter a tournament to prove it.

Denmark-Germany should be # 3 and then
Brazil-Uruguay should be at # 11.
What about USA-Spain 2-0 the other day
in the Confederations Cup?
That one could be in there, too. I'm
not saying USA is a bad team, but Spain
is possibly the best team in the world
right now. It surprised me, anyways  :)

I totally wasn't thinking soccer when I read the title.  I had in mind BC over Miami.
