two double digit games in a row, and last night he seemed to be attacking the basket and got up pretty high for that alley oop.

wonder if hes just getting healthier/more confident or hes hearing the noise and trying to be more aggressive.

I was surprised how well he got up and his leaping in general last night.

As for the stats it was the Knicks, the fakest most storied franchise in the league with their lonely one championship

Same here.  I kind of like the idea of Hayward flying under the radar as we head into the playoffs.  Expectations for him have dropped significantly until next season.  We all know how things tend to play out in sports.  The pendulum is bound to swing in his favor at some point.  He will find his game come playoff time.

He def looked he has more spring in his jumping last night.  The one block he had really stood out.  I don’t know if he turned a corner, but he was very effective last night.  If we can get 30 points a night combined from him and Brown, every night we are going to be hard to beat.

Same here, I would like Hayward to be our element of surprise or X-Factor.

A healthy Hayward with some bounce in his step is a dangerous player in the playoffs.

Hate to quibble, but they won championships in 70 and 73. You can still claim they are the fakest most storied franchise in the league, though!

With each game he's getting back to normal. Doesn't mean he won't take a step back here or there...(or two), but he is trending towards getting back to normal.

The longer Kyrie, Big Al, Tatum and Co. carries this team the better.

A Gordon Hayward at even 80-90% will be HUGE for us from April - June 2019.

Keep it up GH and pace yourself.

Every time he has two bad games in a row he is washed. Every time he has two good games in a row he is taking a step forward. Earlier January he had a good stretch as well, then proceeded to stink for a while. The point is I have to see it for a few consecutive weeks before I draw any conclusions.

He looked smooth, in motion and natural finally.  He also landed without looking awkward like he was trying to over compensate for his leg.

One step at a time.

Last night was the best Hayward looked physically so far this season. The alley pop fast break dunk from Rozier showed lift we saw in Utah. His shot will come around.

His teammates on 2nd unit seem to enjoy playing with him. He’s such an unselfish player. I root so hard for the guy to get back to 💯
