Man, I really wish we had gone after him when we had the chance...

Think this guy will be a stud, and he seems like he has a good head on his shoulders.

In 21.1 MPG, he's averaging 12.8/6.3/1.0 on 56/38/75 shooting splits.

Pistons power forward Christian Wood believes he needs to take a bigger offensive role with Derrick Rose sidelined, as he told the Detroit Free Press and other media members. Wood, an unrestricted free agent after the season, notched back-to-back career highs with 29 points against Oklahoma City and 30 against Utah last week. Rose is expected to miss the rest of the season with an ankle injury. “My mindset has been attack, take advantage of the opportunity,” he said. “With D-Rose being gone, I’ve got to be one of the first options for the team. I think I’ve been doing a good job of that and helping my team score.”

He also sounds like he's ready to take that leap forward.

Ugh, he was so fun to play with on NBA 2K.

He had a funky shot that always seemed to go in, plus teams would leave him open like Semi Ojeleye.

Ah, if only, if only....  :'( :'( :'( :'(

Yeah, but we certainly had the chance two or three years ago.

Pistons were probably desperate to keep as much as young talent as possible. And with Drummond pretty much on his way out, had to solidify the rotation.
