Is he really that bad? He’s gotten less and less minutes each year

I liked Bell when he was with the Warriors but haven't really kept track of him. He was a big quick shot blocker that could shoot a little from outside and I think he's only 25.

Memphis waived him in order to make room for Anthony Tolliver. Wow, is Bell really that bad now? I remember he was pretty good during his rookie year with the Warriors.
