Zizic looks much more comfortable these las few games.
He still has bad hands, turns the ball over, very slow reacting, can't seem to pass...(sigh)

I guess I'm seeing a different player than you are. 14 points, 10 rebounds, 2 assists , 3 blocks...
That's obviously true and I didn't citizens his offense or rebounding. I just think he is too slow and clumsy. He can't pass, in spite of 2 assists.  Not sure he will make a significant contribution this season. I hope I'm wrong.

We won't be running the offense through him, that is for sure.

I just want him to rebound, defend the rim, and deliver the occasional hard hit on LeBron.

Any offense we get from him is just gravy.

Right. Remember how man open looks around the rim Zeller got last year? Those will be Zizic's this year. If he can finish at the rim better than Zeller and rebound better than Zeller, that's an improvement!

This seems accurate and reasonable. He's not prime Gortat, but he's better than Zeller.

Yeah, next year Zizic is better than Zeller not as good as prime Gortat. That seems accurate to me...
Fair enough, and I agree.  He's a better 3rd string center than Zeller. Not a significant contributor.

I would hope he's better than Zeller. Zeller has been terrible his whole career aside from 1 year. He's had a negative VORP for the last two years..

I think he's already better than Zeller.

He's the 21st pick. If he can be an above average 12-15 minute player, that's solid. Maybe he'll turn into more.

It was the worst summer league game I've watched so far. No one on the court in the 2nd half for the Celtics.

Due to thinking the game was on ESPN, perhaps it's fortunate that several of us missed the 1st quarter or even 1st half.  The worst played Celtics game I can remember in a long time.

Jabari Bird was a bright spot.

The first half was when they played well.

The game was on at the beginning on a second channel on Directv and I luckily found it. Zizic was clearly the best big on the floor. Jabari Bird had a really nice game too.

Dallas is next. Our final match could ironically be against the nets to win the Tourney. They could be thinking "what if" while our Brooklyn picks beat them down lol

It's re-airing on NBA TV right now, so maybe that?

I sort of doubt our Brooklyn picks will play, well maybe Tatum.
