Starters played high 30 minutes - that's just stupid.
No point in it. Sit them or play 20 minutes max.

They need to paly to keep in playing shape. Go too long and it's hard to get back. They'll have a week to recharge
Still don't believe in Joe.

OK, then play them 20 minutes. They are not going to fall out of shape at this point and you increase the risk of injury.

Biggest thing out of this meaningless game is Giannis isn’t healthy and with that injury if not rested could lead to a lot worse things…just like it did Durant.

Antetokounmpo will undergo an MRI on his left calf, sources tell ESPN.

Nothing to say about this one.  Their intensity was at about a 2.5/10, so no need to read into anything.

I do hope Giannis is okay.  I want to boot Milwaukee from the playoffs because they suck, not because Giannis is injured.

Always hate a loss but thank goodness no one was hurt tonight.

That’s the main point , play the game , and keep the players safe .

They , the starter were playing at a ALLSTAR game like intensity, low level intsnsity, Provided entertainment for the ticket buying fans  I could tell within seconds of tuning in the starters were just going though the motions .  If they hit shots and happen to win the game so be it, if not , then to walk away from Mil with no nicks is a major win for the team. Let them have their  meaningless win…big deal.

Man, these Refs were a complete JOKE tonight.....ZERO FT's for the C's...and we were right in this game when Hauser's breakaway layup missed--Middleton shoved Jaylen in the back and out of bounds--and NO call by the Blind/Crooked Refs.....Disgusting.

Also Jaylen Brown SUCKED all night.
Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

I saw it another way…2FTA the whole game, clearly nobody wanted to get hurt. Thankfully nobody on our side did.

I do agree on the crooked refs though  :police:

glorified exhibition game.

more importantly, keep bucks at #2 to face the 76ers since they won again.

No FT s , the Celtics were putting up an afterthought resistance.  Don’t escalate contact. Keep it friendly ,  not playing for keeps.
Neither team seemed interested in a battle. They clocked in and did their job.

Bucks fans are a bit more chuffed about beating us than we are unconcerned of losing to them. They feel that they have the wood over us.

I like how Bucks fans still think of themselves as contenders.  Unless Milwaukee winds up in the 4-seed, we won’t be seeing them in the postseason.
