Wow, Melo to Hawks, to be waived. ATL also gets lottery protected first, which would convert to two seconds.

OKC gets Shroeder.

Mike

In the same tweet, Woj claimed Houston is the favourite to get Melo.

Another potential comp for a Jabari Bird deal.

Awesome news for Monte Morris.  Great point guard at ISU.

How does Len continue to get paid while Okafor remains without offers?

Len does random-bench-guy things much better than Okafor does and the ball isn't as sticky with him. It's a shame that Okafor got drafted by Philly, because they didn't really have an incentive to work him through all the ways he needs to remake his game (and didn't have the culture to foster that kind of work ethic, to put it mildly) with Embiid right there, and now no team has a significant investment in him that would have incentivized them to work him through it. It's basically been three lost seasons to kick off his career between the team actively trying to lose games with a two-center lineup his rookie season and then Philly spending a season and a half trying to get back the offers of a mid/late first they initially had when looking to dump him. Honestly think the guy's gonna wind up having to go to China, and that won't do anything for the kind of things he needs to work on.

Who else is left out there now worth watching?  Seems teams are getting their rosters set.  Doubt we pick up anybody as player 15 now, as it appears Danny likes to keep his options open during the season up to the trade deadline.
