The way to beat a zone is to attack it going to the hoop at the top of the key leaving the baseline open for back door cuts when 1 of the defenders comes over to help on the initial drive. 

It's so simple but there's no plan of attack.  Instead, the C's keep shooting over the top.  Live by the 3 and die by the 3 when the shots are falling.
