A hypothetical about hatin'

So, I was thinking of a hypothetical situation as follows:

Some Lakers fan is really upset about losing in Round 1.
He realizes that he hates the Celtics because that's what Lakers fans are supposed to do.
He finds CelticsBlog.
He makes an account called "CelticsAreLosers".
He makes threads and posts only talking about how the Lakers rule and the Celtics suck.
When asked for an explanation, he points to the Lakers' 31 Finals appearances and more recent success.
He always says Kobe in the best player in the world, and ever to live.
When confronted with a debate, he dodges the situation by providing the same statistic over and over.
He never once posts about the Celtics in a positive light, any post about the Celtics will be insulting.
He disagrees with anyone on CelticsBlog Forums who happens to like the Celtics, even for example Fan_A posting in the 2012/13 NBA Season thread about his love the Spurs management, something non-related to the Celtics.
He averages 50 posts a day, for a period of one full year.
His actions are clear and he admits to hating the Celtics.

What would happen to this fellow?

He does not utilize paragraphs, grammar or capitalization

People have done basically this before, except for the 50 posts a day bit because most people don't have that much free time.

Long story short, respectful Laker fans can and have stuck around for awhile, disrespectful ones get banned very quickly.

Yep.  He'd be banned for a trollish screen name.  If not, then he'd be banned for trolling after a handful of posts.

4) In selecting a screen name, do not bait our membership.  Screen names along the lines of "Lakers_sweep" or "Celtslose" will result in a ban from our site. It is fine to identify yourself as a Lakers fan (ie, "Lakerfan" or "blue_and_gold_lover"), so long as you do not denigrate the Celtics or otherwise insult Celtics fans with your name.

How long did it take to write all those rules...

Who was the other guy - LakersPete I think?  He was a pretty cool guy too.  Pretty honest about his team.

I should try and get my Lakers friend to start an account here.  Y'all would like him - last time we talked he said Dwight Howard's jersey should be switched with a giant wet diaper to see who notices.
