I don't see Houston trading Harden, even if it's to get Rondo. Smith is a poor fit next to Howard, due to his poor shooting.

Villanueva and Monroe cannot be traded after the trade deadline, because they are on contracts that are expiring (Monroe has pending RFA status).

Nah doesn't make sense.

Howard needs a four that can space and stretch the floor. Adding Smith and Rondo would greatly suffocate that idea.

Harden and Howard make for a great pick and roll duo. Add a four that can space the floor to that team and the become much better.

Gallinari would be an interesting addition to a Houston starting five, no?

Nailed it.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

Yeah. The point is they put Rondo next to what they have right now, which means all their trade ideas will be pretty stupid from our perspective (if you trade Rondo, you don't want Asik. You want picks. But Morey doesn't have good picks. The closest thing is Parsons).

houston should go after ryan anderson. maybe a trade of asik for him ? i don't the numbers or whatever but asik with the brow would be a nice combo. works well for both teams
