  • You say when......
I was expecting to see two to three starters on the floor all the time.

Very disappointed to see a four bench player lineup.

Especially disappointed with that Sheed + Glen Davis combination. It doesn't work. Don't use it.

Co-sign. And 4/5 bench players is mass subs.

don't say SUBS around BBD...he'll have to order one..!

Agreed.

Nice that KG played 10 in the first quarter though. Need him up at 35+.

I don't know if I missed anything from earlier, I was on NESN for a little bit. I don't understand the Sheed negativity right now. He had a bad season but none of that matters now, this is the real season. I saw him get a terrible foul called on him when the Miami player ran into him... and then I saw him come back next trip down the court and post-up, drain a shot off the glass, and take a foul... He kept his cool after having a bogus foul called on him too.

I understand the Baby negativity, but not the Sheed negativity... did I miss something?

not that i expected different, but i don't like seeing us struggle in the 1st quarter of the first round of the first game in the Garden - look at what the other top seeds did today - broke open quickly to big leads .......... kinda like we used to do.

I really enjoy watching TA play the point.

He is a tremendous defensive player + rebounder at that position. So much fun to watch him work.

  • It's not hard to work hard.
what's baby's turnover per 48 ratio?
McHale's favorite ruse is putting paper in the mouths of sleeping teammates. "Try using one of these cocktail napkins," he said. "When just the edge sticks out of a guy's mouth, it looks like he's got fangs. The best part is when he wakes up."

It's wasn't a bogus call. It was the right call.
