I think Brad should try Jaylen coming off the bench along with Carsen.

Smart is really playing well as a starter right now.

Remember at the beginning of the season when folks here declared Hayward and Tatum busts and needed to trade them for whatever we can  :P

I don't remember that actually
Feel like that was more a preseason sentiment!
IIRC, the sentiment was "too many wings, somebody HAS to be traded".  How many feel that way now?

:police:
First time Celts have a 5-1 record to start the season under Brad Stevens.

That's weird to think about considering that we started 2017-18 at 16-2. Hopefully we can rip off another similar win streak! (Yeah, I know it's not gonna happen haha)
Think we started 0-2

We did - we were 0-2 when the 16 game win streak started. It's just weird to think that this is a better start than a season with a 16 game win streak

Only 11 games to go to match that streak  ;)
I'm bitter.

I think what I enjoyed most about the game, other than the win and seeing Hayward have such a great game, is that this is the type of game that this team would have folded on last year or at best, watch Kyrie try to play superman to win.

love how this team plays like a team this year and scraps for wins.

It was true last season that the Celts had too many wings.

What the Celts did was let go of Marcus Morris and let Jaylen or Jayson play PF.
Whether that works or not, it remains to be seen.

Last season it was Smart, Hayward, Brown, and Tatum fighting for minutes at the SG and SF spot.
Morris played a lot of PF.

This season the Celts are hoping Brown or Tatum can handle the PF spot, like what Morris did last season.

In effect the Celts solved the problem of having too many wings by removing the starting PF Morris.

Bingo, and Rozier gone helps that too.
