We had our faults but God I hate when the refs play this much of a factor in games then a blind eye is turned to it.  Fu nba

Worse officiated game I've seen all year. Pathetic

Was at the game...I tried very hard not to run on the court and smack Tony Brothers.  It was the worst officiated game I have seen in a long time.  So many terrible calls, both ways, but way more against the Celtics.

Still had a lead in the 4th.   Not the refs fault we scored 102 pts from 92 shots.

The Mavs are about as good as we are, which is saying a lot since they're an 8-4 West Coast team.  We played them super close and were a victim of some awful officiating.  The only reason we lost though is that they are just a more veteran team and used that to their advantage down the stretch.  I think Stevens will have a better career than Carlisle, but he did get out coached last night in the 4th.

I'm just glad that these games are interesting again this early in the season.  It's been 3 seasons of waiting out bad contracts and low-level tanking.  We should be actually competitive as of next year.

Yes, this.

Also, people who are blaming the refs for this loss need to come to their senses. The players simply didn't execute down the stretch. There were several bad turnovers in a row that made the real difference, even before the IT flub.
