Crazy thing is that this was called back for a penalty.  According to the state rules there, you arent allowed to hurdle somebody that has one or both feet on the ground.

that's awful. i think the refs were just being haters, to be honest.

How lame are his teammates? How about some excitement over the fact that your QB just hurdled a guy and broke two tackles?

The hurdle was amazing, it's like a man against boys. I read the same thing about the flag. You can pulverize someone with a tackle but you can not hurdle the guy trying to pulverize you...huh?

In all fairness if he messed that up and flipped and landed on his head we are probably talking about a guy being paralyzed.  So im sure its there as a safety issue
