So far watching without fans has not been all that distracting, maybe its they can keep the camera angles tight enough that you can't really see the absence. NBA did a good job setting up the court to hide the lack of fans.

my wife complains about the squeaking no matter how loud the crowd is so I think it's about the same as a filled arena

It's like watching a summer league game.

But I'm amazed at all the unused marketing space.  I thought the place would be covered in ads, but it's just the NBA logo and BLM on the court.  Nothing on the baseline or sidelines.  Celtics name/logo taking up the background, don't they know that area can be used to drive revenue?

Just Spalding/NBA TV on the basket support, and the regular rotating ads on the scores table/sideline walls.

Thought that would all be prime real estate for sale to try to recoup some lost revenue.

I have to say, I like the extra space around the court.  No throng of cameras on the baselines, no team personnel standing right up on the line in the corners.

Yea it's just the first game but Embiid is prob somewhere licking his chops seeing Adams destroy us. Let's unleash Time Lord in this second half and early so he gets run with and against starters. Unless our starters are done but it looks like they need more burn.

it's the first game back but he'd look less impactful if we were making more baskets to slow them down in transition

- JB looks good
- Smart is being his usual self
- Hayward is missing in action
- Tatum is playing like Deuce's diaper
- Theis is covering for too many drives leaving Adams alone to control the offensive boards.
- Kemba's absense is noticeable with the team's performance.

on the OKC side:
- still hate Chris Paul with a passion
- I can now understand the hype others here have had about SGA.  kid can play
- I still like what Adams does for his team.  guy is solid
