I am so, so excited for the prospect of late-career LeBron turning into late-career Kobe, where his self-centeredness and lack of accountability drives star free agents to other teams and eventually he just says screw it and starts going for career totals as the team craters. The franchise deserves nothing less.

Lakers team bus left without Luke Walton 😂
What are the chances Lebron was driving the bus?

Give the guy a break.

He worked his butt off while under contract in Cleveland trying to get the Lakers to line up Anthony Davis.

Ok? It's hard to tamper with a player from another team while you're playing your last year for one team and getting ready to play for another. It's multi tasking at a high level and is fun to watch as he pulls all his new teammates together to tell them they're getting traded asap. Really, through all this? He's the kind of guy you can really look up to.

Got it? This tampering thing is a lot of work and it can get frustrating. Look at the guy will ya? He has to plan what games he's going to be injured for, which of his team mates he has to work on for upping their trade value...stay on the line with buddies who might come play with him and make sure the agency he owns works on getting players he wants under contract....busy, busy, busy.

He's trying to be like Danny Ainge except he has two draft picks in the next two years and Ainge has 8.

What if he fails? Wouldn't that be too bad?

Not sure how accurate this still is, but nonetheless hilarious

The Lakers lost to the Grizzlies tonight after losing to the Pelicans the other night (w/o AD)

The highlights of the 4th quarter are quite amusing:

Lebron basically gets outplayed and tries to get the officials to bail him out.

Lebron finally missing the playoffs this season would warm my heart.

I bet they'll turn their season around when they beat the Celtics again in the next meeting. It's how it always is.  >:(

Why did you go to LA if you wanted to win now then LeBron? Just another star of today’s league that’s wants their cake and to eat it to. I can’t stand all the two faced superstars of today. There is no patience only buddy buddy AAU teamups.

MONEY .   Endorsements.....hollywood movie spots .....talks for money .....everything about money .  He only buddies up with other famous people .  Lots of Liberals to snuggle up to.   mainly money and future of money he ll make after he retires.

Yes he could have taken a number of teams in smaller markets to the finals .  If it was just about rings .  He is already in hot water for say n in public he has got it all ,nothing left for him to accomplish. This set off a fire storm with LA fans . He quickly retracted witha staement say n he wants to bring a title to LA.  He even forgot what he is supposed to be doing for LA , besides sucking in all their money

i also think he under estimated his and Lakers ability to attract super stars at a whim . And the time required to put together such a team to beat GS .

He looks less athletic every game and low energy ,  NO defense ....he just doesn't have it in him to play much defense anymore at all.

Pretty much sums it up.

He definitely didn't go to LA to win titles. If he was serious about winning a title, he would've gone to either Houston or Philly last summer. He could've teamed up with Harden, CP3 and Capela in Houston. In Philly, he could've teamed up with Simmons, Reddick and Embiid. That also means Philly wouldn't have had to trade for Butler which means they would've had a supporting cast of Saric and Covington along with McConnell

Either team would've been better than what he has now. And what's further great is it sounds like he may have ruined his team's chemistry with the Anthony Davis fiasco.

Wow, LeBron James calling out his teammates too!! "If you are still allowing distractions to affect the way you play, then this is the wrong franchise to be a part of" after their loss to Memphis tonight.

Lol, after all this mess was created by LeBron James, Rich Paul and Klutch Sports.

I especially like that all the young core guys have been a part of this franchise for a lot longer than LeBrick.

Lakers are 12th on defense this year, same as the last year.
However, LeBron improved their offense from 23rd all the way to the 20th best offense.

I don't really know who he could be referring to at this point. Ingram had 32pts and Kuzma had 22, what more does he really expect out of them? He looked like an old man out there. Yeah, he had his trip dub, but he didn't seem nearly as impactful as he normally does. They had chances to get close/tie/take the lead a couple times and the dude just launched airball 3s or looked to pass at times with AB on him! His defense is the worst thing yet, wow, he looks like he is standing in a tub of tar.
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

James needs to examine his own game .  He does not reconize half of the game is defense and he is required to play that too.

He blames the younger guys and it looks like his older buddies are the ones letting him down.

Lebron and Magic got rid of all the centers and scorers in th name of cap space to sign two hero s to play beside Lebron ,  so no wonder they suck . Magic could have signed Russell, Randle , Zu, and Kept Lopez and had a playoff team.  He got rid of all the good płayers and signed a bunch of over the hill , play no defense vets.
