Many thanks to everyone that has helped make this almost a reality. By the end of the month, these forums will be moving to a new site, CelticsStrong.com.

It will be operated by Fanstreme, a partnership between myself and my business partner Earl Cole. Earl is a huge NBA fan from Kansas City who recently worked for the LA Clippers. If you're a Survivor fan, the name may sound familiar. Most importantly he's passionate about basketball and will be helping take the site to the next level.

Me, I'm a lifelong Boston sports fan and forum member here. I grew up watching the Sox on TV 38, saw potential in Marcus Banks and Kedrick Brown for WAYYY too long, and consider this "little" forum one of the best corners of the Internet, bar none.

Our top priority is to keep the forums alive for the 2018-19 season and beyond, but, we're starting with $0 budget and some work to do. We're working hard to fix problems like the email system and site reliability while also bringing some nice additions. Server expenses don't look tooo huge, but short term they are coming out of our own pockets in addition to the work involved.

All that said: we could use your support making the move.

Please feel free to ask me anything here. There are a few more details on the GoFundMe page and I aim to be as transparent as possible during the transition.

Every little bit helps. The forums will remain free for everyone, but if it's something you feel you'd pay to use/ keep alive, this is the time!

THANK YOU CBloggers,
Brian Yennie / @yennieb

ANYONE WHO DONATES AND POSTS IN THIS THREAD GETS 50 TPS

gouki88:
Massive thanks to you and the others who have put in so much work for the transition! If I could give 1000 TP's I would ;D

I'll try and get around to donating shortly, and I have no doubt the generosity of CelticsBlog will shine through!

p.s. picking Kedrick Brown ahead of Richard Jefferson and Troy Murphy still infuriates me

BitterJim:
Just donated! Thank you so much for all of your help getting this moved, byennie. This is one of my favorite places on the net and it means a lot to me.

jpotter33:
Awesome! Thanks for all of your guys’ work on keeping this community alive. I wish I could’ve helped with the process, but my skillset is limited in the technical/business domains.

Will do what I can with a donation. I know watching the C’s wouldn’t be the same without our robust game threads!

Made a donation. I encourage everyone to send any little bit in they can. Lots of small donations will lead to very big things for all of us.
