I know this is a game of pretend, but I'm not sure I believe you get a face to face meeting with James in early August.

I'm not sure where I'm going now.

It feels like the Towns-Middleton combo is the same as Towns-Wiggins, only with less athleticism but better shooting. Wanted a PG or a Ball Handler in that's spot and I was robbed.

Thanks a lot for taking Eric Bledsoe and Andre Iguodala (you know who you guys are), and ruining my plan in the process.

Haha you can always make an offer on iggy if you want too

What do you guys think about my picks so far,Blake Griffin, CJ McCollum, and Reggie Jackson. Great shooting from the outside for good floor spacing which gives Blake good room to operate for drives and post ups. Blake is also an excellent passer so he should be able to find the open man.

A ton of offensive talent. Great for run and gun basketball. Just need to get some rebounding and defensive length to fill the gaps without ruining your spacing.

I think SVG would love to work with this group.

After two rounds, my favourite teams / duos are:

(1) Milwaukee = CP3 & D-Howard
(2) Sacramento = Lillard & Kawhi

I also really like GSW UTA (Towns, Middleton) and Orlando (P.George, N.Jokic).

I really like the idea of Orlando's offense built around Jokic in the high post (like Marc Gasol) and with Paul George as a playmaking wing. Golden State have something similar as well. Great opportunities to build team orientated offenses around those stars. A lot of highly skilled unselfish play. Especially with those two centers. I love offenses built around skilled centers.

I like it. Two guards who can create off the dribble out on the perimeter. Blake Griffin as an inside-outside scorer and additional playmaker. Gives you three guys who can make plays both for themselves but also for other players as well. Tough to defend against.

How about you give them to me? LOL.

Honestly, I think you've recovered well after not having a 1st round pick.

I wanted Eric Bledsoe but you took him two picks ahead I believe, that's a great pick. I think he stays healthy enough this season, and when he's healthy, he's a great player.

Bradley Beal is who I'm concerned with injury wise. That kid has not played a full season in any of his year's in the NBA. It might look like I we could expect a few more games missed from him.

Not sure yet. It has a lot of potential (two top 20/25 players) but ...

I am little apprehensive about them as a pairing. Both are high-usage offensive players. Neither are prolific passers. Both play a fair bit of one-on-one basketball. Neither are high efficiency offensive players or defensive leaders. I worry that it could devolve into a his turn / my turn type of team (because of the amount of touches they both need) without the right players around them.

So I think the next few picks for this duo are more important than the above combos. So I gave those other combos have a bit of an advantage with that (for now at least). Then again, if things go well Melo & Aldridge could jump right up to the top group. They have that potential in them. Not sure either way yet. So I left them off.
