I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Hayward makes a lot of passes with 1-2 seconds on the shot clock. He needs to just shoot those

He's shooting exactly 40% (and only 28% from 3) - I don't think he wants to take any more low percentage shots than he has to.

Better a shot with 40% chance of going in than a shot clock violation. If that's the reason, Hayward needs to get some of ET's confidence
I'm bitter.

He's had some nice drives to the rim. Hasn't finished but I prefer that to those midrange shots.

Can Gordon for a moment just look like he’s having fun out there?

His body language always looks like he’s disgusted

Maybe he's not having fun.

It’s because of his beard and eyes it makes him look like he’s always stressed. I’m serious! If he shaved his beard off he would look happier.

With the offensive talent we have there’s always going to be nights where someone looks like they’re doing nothing I think

Just starting the second quarter right now, but I think it seemed clear the impact starting Smart had on our first unit. Not only were we much more aggressive on both sides of the ball, but having another playmaker out there was so beneficial for us. Hayward should eventually play that role.

Okay, Brad, now you need to call a timeout and put the starters back in. This unit is tapped out.

Is throwing the ball in the air an unsportsmanlike tech, or only ones that would take DeAndre Jordan out of the game?

Would be interesting if Brad stays with tonight's starting lineup for a few games (whether Brown is back or not).    Clearly defensive energy and defensive coordination.

Kyrie fo r3!

Nice pass up by Baynes.  Hate him shooting the 3.

Both Kyrie's 3's were terrible shots but they went in.  I'll take it.

Nice pass up by Baynes.  Hate him shooting the 3.

He thought the defender was too close, he needs plenty of space to take that ridiculous leaning/catapulting shot of his
I'm bitter.
