embarrasing and stevens right now doesnt really know what to do, by the looks of it.

stevens knows he is not expected to win these first two years.

If not for stevens we would only have around 9 or 10 wins. The fact we have 15 is actually overachieving with our motley crue of players.

MAYBE first 3 years.....depending on how the rebuild goes. I expect it to take 4 to 5 years as far as having championship hopes realistically.

If Stevens got us into the first round of the playoffs, he should be fired.  The East is terrible so it's not like it's an accomplishment and we would be missing out on a major asset over pride.

Anyways, anybody watching Cavs vs NOP during the break?  I'm glad Steamer is still in the league, he can really fill the paint

Doc never got that long of a honeymoon, neither should Stevens.

He will get TWO years for sure. he has nothing to work with and if we rely on the draft those guys will take time to develop as well.

doc already had a star in PP and DA bought him RA and KG. We might be able to trade for one star but we will have to develop the others I am afraid through the draft. we'll see soon enough. doc would maybe have 8 or 9 wins with this ballclub.

This team has been totally lost without Jordan Crawford. ;D
Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

theres nothing stevens can do...he's been handed a bunch of role players who dont fit together.

and their best player, Rondo is currently rusty and recovering from an ACL injury
